Delivery & Returns

We offer free delivery by Royal Mail where your order value is over £40. Orders under this value will incur a small delivery surcharge.Alternatively, our Milton Keynes store is available for Click and Collect between 7pm – 11pm on weekdays, 1pm – 11pm on Saturdays, and 1pm – 8pm on Sundays.. Buy your items online, select “Collection” and come to collect your purchase after receiving our confirmation email that your goods are ready for you.

Due to the perishable nature of e-liquids, we cannot refund or exchange once a delivery has been made.

For tanks & atomisers, we offer a 14 day policy. For batteries, we offer a 90 day policy. We cannot refund or exchange after these times.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) – these are if any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items are to be refunded or credited back at the original price paid.

Returning your item

To return your product, you should first email us and we will provide a returns address. Alternatively, our Milton Keynes store may be able to inspect and refund or credit immediately.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs, however these may be reimbursed if you are returning in original condition and there no signs of accidental damage etc.
